Hyped as The Shortest Railway in the World, visitors can enjoy a quick sightseeing ride up and down this 300-foot LA funicular. It started in the once-uppity Bunker Hill neighborhood in 1901, when local rich people needed to get to the top or bottom on their daily rounds. Today it’s a tourist attraction.
