Nevada Overflowing With Legal Marijuana PDF Print E-mail

Las Vegas and Reno attract retirees with glittering entertainment, posh hotels, overflowing buffets and flashing casinos. Of course, all of that isn’t to make seniors happy.

Strip it all away, and the purpose is to take your money. This isn’t a lecture about the evils of gambling, but just a simple warning to those of us who enjoy spending time in the Silver State. Casinos are now using legal marijuana as they do free booze. While you’re in the casino, employees will keep you supplied with fresh servings. Over-indulgence fogs the brain and besotted gamblers become less likely to make intelligent decisions at the tables and slot machines.

Therefore, savvy seniors, while gambling in Nevada and other casinos, as with excessive booze, go easy on the weed. Realistically, your chances of winning are still slim. However, when your head is clear, at least you’ll have slightly better odds of keeping some of those hard-earned bucks for those ungrateful kids and grandkids of yours.
