The airline now hopes to make passenger boarding easier and quicker, especially for seniors and families with kids. For about 45 minutes before all passengers get on the outgoing flight, Delta employees will take carry-on bags aboard and place them in the overhead bins.

According to Delta, the free service will speed up the entire loading process, as well as make it less stressful for those passengers who need the most help.

The usually staid British capital city is remembering pop musical icons from 1966 with the 50th anniversary of Swinging London. The Beatles had already conquered America two years earlier, and others were achieving similar world popularity.

Jimi Hendrix, the Rolling Stones, Pete Townsend, Tom Jones, The Dave Clark Five, The Who, Freddie and the Dreamers, and Herman’s Hermits were rocking on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.

As with many other major cities, access to and from Denver’s airport is now available by a quick, clean, comfy electric train ride. The 40-minute trip costs $9, far less than the $60 or higher taxi or private car ride.
