![](/images2/2011pics/srgrcany.jpg) This organization's travel adventures for seniors are always great experiences. And nothing can be more thrilling than to stand on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon at dawn and dusk as Mother Nature paints the rocks in ever-changing colors and patterns.
Road Scholar Program #1062RJ is from Sunday, March 1 to Friday, March 6. The price for this trip, the first of several Grand Canyon excursions planned during the year, is $895 per person.
In addition to the Grand Canyon visit, the program includes seeing the beautiful town of Sedona and its surrounding red rock formations. Participants will also take a train ride along the Verde River and experience the ancient Native American cliff-dweller city called Montezuma Castle.
All programs will include experts who will explain the miracles of the unspoiled Arizona treasures. For more details and schedules, go to www.roadscholar.org
