Air India Provides Female-Only Seating Rows

Opinion: It must have been inspired by recent news items about male passengers making male passes at female seatmates. Of course, we endorse the protected seating for all airlines where women may fear being groped by horny male strangers.

They’ll also be permitted to loudly discuss politics, women, sports and booze while using all the four-letter words they choose. And after dining on the airline meal, the guys won’t be restricted from belching and emitting loud noises from other areas of their bodies.

Robotic Cruise Ships May Sail Within Decade PDF Print E-mail

According to UK’s Daily Telegraph, along with the continuous advances of driverless drones taking to the air and cars on the highways, it’s certain to happen. It’s only a matter of a few years before ocean-going vessels, including cruise ships, will be totally run by robots.

That means no crew, and we veteran senior cruisers may find it a great advantage. Or not. For instance, on crewless cruises, there will be:

Tips for ship's waiters, cabin stewards and bartenders will be one can of lube oil each.

Instead of dinner at the captain’s table, passengers will be hosted by the ship’s senior robot.

Single women passengers will be paired with robotic Elvis Presley doppelgangers, and single male passengers will dance with a replica of Marilyn Monroe.

The ship’s theater entertainment will be on stage with robotic or virtual reality copies of Madonna, Sinatra, The Beatles and Michael Jackson.

For those single passengers who get really lonely at sea, for an extra fee they can have mechanically romantic historic images spend the night with them. They may include Cleopatra, Helen of Troy, Robin Hood, Casanova, Rhett Butler, Heathcliff and Scarlett O’Hara. And, of course, Marilyn Monroe.
