The new rule allows passengers bring lightweight miniature horses onboard Southwest flights. As with service cats and dogs, they must be trained and legally certified. No SW official has mentioned yet that at the end of the flight, the attendants will announce: Humans may now exit, and all your little horsies can go giddy up.
